Googan Squad Rods
3-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY (GOOGAN SQUAD RODS)
Registration Required.
Googan Squad Rods are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. You must register your rod by completing a Warranty Registration Form within forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase in order for claims to be eligible. If you believe you are entitled to take advantage of these terms, please contact us at [email protected], and one of our representatives will ask that you fill out a Warranty Claim form.

For the period indicated above, Catch Co will repair or replace and return the covered items found to be defective in material or workmanship at no charge except for shipping cost. Catch Co will have no other obligation and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Catch Co makes no implied warranty for any period beyond the stated duration. This Warranty does not cover damage by alteration of the product, addition to the product, accidental damage or loss, abuse, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance or normal expected wear. This warranty does not extend to products that are used for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the rod, and does not give any rights to any other person. This warranty is valid for purchases from any authorized retailers, including but not limited to shopkarls.com, Dick's Sporting Goods, Academy Sports & Outdoors, and Walmart. Rods requiring warranty repair should not be returned to the store of purchase. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE OR GIFT RECEIPT SO THAT YOU CAN PRESENT IT TO US IF NECESSARY.
